BACKGROUND

In 1948 Mr. Lionel Beauregard took possession of Valcourt Transport Express Inc. He does Montreal and Valcourt back and forth, every day to ensure the supply of goods for local businesses and surrounding areas. His wife handles the billing and all that follows.

In 1986 Mr. Beauregard sells his flourishing bussiness to his two sons Bruno and Marco.

Bruno is responsible for the administration and Marco is responsible for the fleet's maintenance.

In March 2000 Mr. Alain Martin joined the team as a dispatcher and also supports
the direction of sales and operations.

In April 2005 they are accreditated for SAAQ's "preventive maintenance program".
